Guiding HGS' HR leaders to make a positive contribution to the business in the full cycle employment experience, including employee relations, benefits, total rewards, corporate staffing, project management, and communications.

Provided leadership and guidance to the front line Canadian employee relations team in areas such as, employee engagement, policy creation/adherence, safety, compliance, investigations, risk management, legislation interpretation, conflict resolution, and various escalated HR concerns.

Fully managed all in-office business functions.

Facilitation of full life cycle group benefits for 500+ employees. Also managed the leave of absence program and WHSCC claims/reporting. Member of Health & Safety and Employee Wellness committees.

Responsible for all facets of full cycle recruitment and onboarding during a period of rapid growth in the organization. Creator/distributor of ‘Recruiting News Weekly’ enterprise recruitment newsletter.
