𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒅𝒐: I design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain training resources. I support the Talent and Development Team with curriculum for onboarding, skill building, soft skills, customer service, process based courses,and courses on company culture. For two summers I have co-authored a series building on employees soft skills. Top success for the team: I redesigned current onboarding training to focus on learner engagement and trainer pacing. During this project I also implemented an evaluation process that incorporated feedback from SMEs and developed a level three evaluation of the learners 90 day job assessment. I use Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model to assess the outcomes of learners. I compose lesson in all forms (Interactive Online Learning, Mobile Learning, Micro-Learning, Workflows, Job Aids, and Infographics) I am versed in Articulate Storyline, RISE, Camtasia, Vyond, Powerpoint, and Canva. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒅𝒐: I create learning for clients based on needs analysis. I develop and evaluate learning resources to meet those needs. Then I make magic through course creations with Articulate Storyline, RISE 360, Vyond, Camtasia, and Canva.𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝑰 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒆: I craft engaging and relevant lessons with curriculum, instructional design, standards, and assessment in mind. I redevelop clients needs in a step by step engaging and learner friendly approach.
