Saved thousands of dollars in legal costs and potentially in avoiding fines from the state government related to the CON program by engaging internal staff and state government staff on projects and regulatory requirements.Successfully led efforts to obtain CON approval for a $3M ambulatory surgery center, and also managed permit requirements for a $156M outpatient center. Coordinated strategic plans that led to identification of key business opportunities and construction of three new ambulatory surgical offices and medical office buildings resulting in additions to system’s portfolio valued at $324M.
