Hi there, I'm passionate about getting my hands dirty and transforming spaces. From mucking horse stalls on my family ranch to demoing old buildings, I find it all rewarding. After studying Interior Design at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, I became a Kitchen and Bath designer and project manager for 4 years until my life took a dramatic turn. Following a scary car accident in 2010, my husband and I decided to take a break from our ordinary lives and backpack through SE Asia.During this time, I ran a successful travel blog and taught English online while my husband ran his web development company. We also started a t-shirt printing business which became so successful that we moved back to Kearney, Nebraska, to be more hands-on with the printing process. For 9 years, we've been running our shirt business and started a family, raising our two beautiful daughters in our loving community.Recently, I launched my own Interior Design and Project Management business. With over 13 years of experience in the industry and a passion for creating unique spaces, I love the challenge of working on new projects. I also co-own Nest:Space, a coworking space that we remodeled from a 100-year-old building. My project management skills and experience came in handy as I created blueprints and transformed the space into a 4,500-square-foot coworking area that has garnered attention in our community.For me, change is not scary, and I'm always willing to get my hands dirty to achieve the perfect result.
