Manage HSA Administration Services business line. Develop Client Services/Administration processes and procedures, manage client services team supporting health savings account participants through employer groups and inidividually. Serve as subject matter expert related to health savings account rules and regulations. Provide training and project support to software licensees on serving as a health savings account administrator or account custodian.

Developed and Maintained relationships with employer groups regarding investment management services provided to participants in 401(k) and other retirement plans.

Developed corporate training and communication programs, managed training staff to provide educational opportunities to employees of the 401(k) third-party administrator. Prior to creation of training department in 1997, served as senior account administrator for mid to large, customized 401(k) plans including oversite of the interaction with employers, funding of accounts, processing of statements and withdrawal checks and serving as 401(k) subject matter expert.
