Formerly AB BIODISK. This was a six month interim role for AB Biodisk which involved a wide range of marketing activities. Some of my daily routines involved website updates, changes and modifications often with short notice. I also had frequent sales and marketing contact with our distributors across EMEA. Using InDesign, I made edits to marketing and product materials. As support to our Sales team, I also booked and attended, sales and marketing events at conferences where we presented and discussed Biodisk's product offering to a wide range of international clientele.

I was recruited to the International Services team to support 20+ international schools which were based across Europe and Asia. This was a B2B role where I regularly worked with all levels of Human Resources and other senior managers. I provided guidance and often assisted in selling additional coverage for the school's staff and administration. This position required me to have a strong knowledge of Unum's international policy offering. Another key part of my role was to obtain War Risk reinsurance through our London partner Wellington Syndicate (part of Lloyds of London). Here I obtained reinsurance for customers sending employees to high risk zones such as part of the Middle East and Africa. This role often required fast action and results as employees of customers such as CNN, Northrup Grumman and similar often sent employees to dangerous locations at a moments notice.

I was recruited to Unum first as a Customer Care Representative where I fielded both B2B and B2C customer questions regarding corporate and private policies, claims and billing. This role required a broad knowledge of health conditions, legal issues and an ethical and compassionate approach to serving our customers. Many times, I was required extremely sensitive information about claims decisions to patients or employers in the most professional manner possible even under extreme pressure from distraught or angry customers.

As a Freelance photographer I managed many types of assignments including portrait sessions both individual, family and large groups. Assignments also included advertising for magazine, newspapers and annual reports. My specialty was tabletop commercial photography where we managed up to 100 product shots per day at our peak.

The Film Place was a start-up providing wholesale photography products to professionals in the Portland and surrounding areas.

During university studies I acted as a Customer Contact Center Supervisor where I managed staffing issues, escalated customer issues and IT troubleshooting.

Managed all aspects of day to day studio operations ranging from black and white film and print processing to print sales towards customer both commercial and private. My role also included commercial photography including, business portraits, product and advertising and even fashion photography for local business clientele.
