With 13 years in insulation, now trying to make the switch to a web development career. I translate the skills I learned during my time in the construction field such as, breaking down a problem into manageable steps, interacting with clients and working together to find a solution, and working with a team to bring that solution to reality. I find that both construction, and web development, while physically different, have the same broad processes along the way.
