Privately owned bistro that offers comfort food with flair! I offered not only creative ideas, but plans to execute them successfully. Helped open and close the bistro multiple times per week. Served tables while also performing bussing and hosting duties to keep the flow of the restaurant going.

Helping people overcome their fear of the dentist, one mouth at a time.Simultaneously answer phones, check patients in/out, collect payments, verifyinsurances, look into and resolve billing issues, keep the flow moving.Consult new and existing patients on treatment and forms of payment.Resolve patient issues in a timely fashion.Travel throughout Oregon working at 7 different locations.

Helped manage and develop 20+ team members to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, professional development, and conducting counseling and evaluations.Monitor and assess product, service, satisfaction trends, and also evaluate and address issues accordingly.Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards at all times.Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote restaurant, food and beverage, and services to maximize overall revenue.Solely manage the restaurant/bar and outlets 33% of the time.Promoting the bar and restaurant through the creation of weekly and monthly menu specials.Building and daily updating of the restaurant's website and Facebook page.

Server, Busser, Host, Expeditor, Food-runner, and Bartender. All of these positions I would perform on a daily basis and multiples of them at the same time. I would handle upwards of 12 tables at once serving between 40-50 people at the same time. Multi-tasking was one of the biggest parts to be successful at this job, which I would say I succeeded at.
