I supervised large-scale "internal" events catering to the congregation's membership exceeding 4000 individuals. Guiding the church's event services staff, including those in technical, custodial, and event management roles, I meticulously managed all logistical aspects and communication associated with each event, spanning from initial inquiries to on-the-day oversight. Across the span of a year, I successfully hosted over 60 events of varying sizes, ranging from intimate gatherings to expansive affairs like conferences, concerts, banquets, and meetings. To streamline the process, I also oversaw online event registrations through the Fellowship One Database system.Beyond event management, I took charge of several special projects for the church's executive team, leveraging my meticulous attention to detail. The founding partners shared a vision to establish an organization that would empower them with greater creative control and revenue potential by organizing their own events, rather than merely participating as "talent" at external functions. To actualize this vision, I was brought in, recruited, and entrusted to spearhead and lead this novel venture.In this capacity, I assumed comprehensive responsibility for various critical aspects. This included developing the corporate identity, establishing event branding, crafting web design elements, and implementing efficient online registration systems. I also oversaw the creation of direct mail and print materials to effectively promote our events. In tandem with these responsibilities, I meticulously managed an extensive database of over 32,000 contacts. With the valuable assistance of a part-time assistant, I adeptly handled the day-to-day operations of the company.
