Responsible for the research, purchase and rehabilitation of residential properties in the Manayunk, PA area. Once these properties were rehabilitated, they either went to market for sale or were rented.

Founder/Owner and President of Satellite Security. A security firm that I started in 1999 by subcontracting to save the money needed to start my firm. We installed systems from Maryland to New York for homeowners as well as commercial and industrial clients. Satellite Security installed for companies such as Home Depot and Target. Within 4 years Satellite Security grossed over 1 million annually. This was an experience that has been invaluable to me in my career.
