A particular crew of mine that I managed at my Dairy Queen had vocational outcomes after Dq as follows: one went up for secret service, (I participated in 2 hr long FBI phone call for this) one became an x-ray tech, one became a graphics designer for a local beverage house and branded his own skateboard graphics company, corrections officer, state trooper, juvenile probation officer, music teacher, and one started her own family and disclosed she finally understood what I was trying to tell her. These kids were with me from their sophomore year, through graduation, and on average at least 1 year of college. "You cannot effectively lead unless actively work alongside"!!
