☑ Successfully released a flagship product on-time with 200 active clients as one of the original three programmers while company, StudyManager, was purchased by Merge Healthcare and later by IBM. Most employees during this time were lost during the acquisitions and were not backfilled.• Maintained and continued with the forward development on the flagship product that resulted in no lost customers until the product was eventually ‘’sunset.’’☑ Began converting the UI from Silverlight, which was the front-end technology for CTMSi (Silverlight), to an Angular and ran a hybrid client during the conversion. • Successfully converted about one-third of the application before the product became ‘’sunset.’’☑ Moved to a new offering by IBM after the current product of eight years’ work, CTMSI, was ‘’sunset’’ by IBM. Became one of the three original developers that originally grew to fifteen.• Positively deployed the first production release on-time; new product allowed clients to streamline the process to create clinical trial protocols and reduce amendments.• Led the implementation of the CKEditor control, including the client-side Angular component and on-premises backend services for cloud integration. Developed the bash scripts that downloaded the latest images and deployed them to the local developer and QA machines.

☑ Maintained and added additional functionality to StudyManager’s flagship product, Reveal, as contractor.• Began immediately contributing to the software after quickly learning Silverlight and was brought on as a full-time prior to the length of time stipulated in the contract, to ensure being included as part of the acquisition by Merge Healthcare.☑ Wrote SQL queries and dtsx jobs to convert and upload current data from flat files generated from their legacy systems, as new customer had legacy data that needed to be reflected in the system after converting to Reveal.• Effectively eliminated the need to manually enter the data, which would have been impossible. Sped the process up to a matter of minutes and eliminated a pain point from the sale.

☑ Assisted BDA which was in the process of converting ERP to Oracle. Effectively wrote a test harness in C#, using WPF to reduce the testing time. Resulted in reducing the amount of time required for testing the new code from hours to minutes.

☑ Needed a new internal directory system that could be utilized by the company. Easily designed and implemented a three tier .net application that allowed people to maintain their own and look up coworker information.• Resulted in providing a single repository for employee information which significantly increased the ease of inter-employee communications.

☑ Improved the daily auctions on the website that required coding by the developers to update and maintain the information. Delivered rewriting of the system to allow the content team to update the information using only XML files. • This completely eliminated the need for developers, unit testing, and code deployment to update continually changed content on the site.☑ Eliminated the need for maintaining two sets of code and a second data upload which used two different sections of the web site that provided weather. One of the sets used a legacy system and the other used modern, C# code.• Updated the legacy weather system to allow it to access the same content endpoint as the newer section of the site.
