Now, our team is specialized in residential / mixed-use rehab projects, to buy and hold properties in the East Bay specifically Oakland’s Fruitvale BART station neighborhood, as we have dozens of off-market properties in our pipeline. Our next target will be Oakland’s New Chinatown neighborhood; we are anticipating the positive synergies created between this neighborhood and the completion of the major Brooklyn Basin development.
