Lead System Developer
CurrentLeads team and independently designs, develops, tests, implements, documents, and supports enterprise systems and technologies, including configuration, reporting, and security. Possesses an effective understanding of the enterprise systems and leverages knowledge of business functions, technologies and processes to execute responsibilities.Responsibilities• Leads small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements and develops detailed work plans.• Works closely with business and IT stakeholders to gain user acceptance of application updates and integrations by defining business requirements and leading users through acceptance testing.• Designs, develops, and maintains applications and integrations by creating, managing, and executing business requirements, technical design documents, and test plans.• May manage four or fewer employees with respect to a project or a system, and responsible for team's performance, coaches and mentors team members.• Creates documentation and leads team through architecture reviews.• Develops estimates and capacity plans for general support and projects.• Manages the operational efficiency scorecard for supported systems.• Seeks continuous quality improvements for supported systems.• Creates and implements effective metrics and monitoring processes.• Recommends improvements and applies standards, processes, and procedures for enterprise systems.• Works with vendor to provide a multi-year road map for supported systems.
