Managed all sales and operational functions of the Securitas Mobile Services operation in Phoenix & Tucson, including patrol inspections, shared guarding, security technologies, and alarm response. Responsible for generating a constant flow of potential new clients and converting them to new business with contracted patrol services, alarm response, and security technologies throughout the Mobile Division. Managed day-to-day operation of patrols, inspections, shared guarding and response operations, including supervision of officers and supervisory staff. Ensured that service expectations were being met through regular contact with clients and staff. Analyzed operational and financial indicators (through detailed P&L Statements) to improve performance; and to ensure that operations were carried out to generate increased top-line revenue growth each month, as well as bottom-line profitabilty.

Under the umbrella of parent company General Electric (GE), WMC Corporation was a national leader in the wholesale lending market, reaching $4B in originations/month. This success was attributed to the informative approach of their sales team.Generated new business through presentation of loan products to Banks and Brokerages in the Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama markets. Our team consistently ranked in the top tier in monthly volume nationwide each month. I was personally responsible for developing and maintaining over 150 residential mortgage broker accounts.- Lead the company in originations (sales) multiple times throughout employment.- Responsible for prospecting B2B relationships with national top-level executives from like-minded financial-based companies.- Only account executive within Region to establish and maintain “bulk” correspondence accounts with several large, multi-location brokers.I was employed at WMC on two occasions, with the first from 8/1999 thru 12/2000, serving as a Business Development Manager.

Tona was a wholesale software distributor, specializing in music-oriented software. Directed all aspects of retail in-store distribution of Company software products in all of North America (US, Canada and Mexico). Directed all operational and investor relationship areas for a business-to-business e-commerce system, which created, fulfilled and hosted digital music content. Spearheaded and implemented the strategic plan for the successful merger/partnership of Tona Distribution with RecordLab Corp (RCLB.PK) (www.RecordLab.com). Responsible for internal and external business development strategies, including developing sales strategies to make optimum use of the Internet as a marketing vehicle for musicians. Developed key strategic alliances with numerous entertainment/music-related companies such as Guitar Center, Mars Music, and Fry’s Electronics.

Worked with media planning department to gather information on people’s viewing and reading habits and evaluate editorial content and programming to determine the potential use of media such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television, billboards and electric displays, buses, subways, taxis, airports, bus terminals, and the Internet for our clientele.
