• Developed plans for employee relations, performance management, change management, compensation, benefits, health and safety, talent acquisition and organizational development• Oversee HR systems including employee life cycle processes, employee on-boarding, off-boarding• Lead all recruitment efforts for the company, managing outside recruiting agencies and consultants• Coordinate employee training and provide coaching and professional development as needed.• Maintain knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment laws and constantly update company policies to ensure compliance and monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics• Oversee employee retention metrics and work to ensure company culture, benefits and other retention drivers are best-in-class• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results• Leads in the development and planning, management, and implementation of procedures to produce effective and efficient management of employee/labor relations activities.• Provides advice and counsel to managers, supervisors and employees regarding current HR industry trends and current laws, regulations, policies, CBAs, procedures and practices related to employee/labor relations matters.• Facilitates communication and resolution of employee issues and concerns in conjunction with employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques.• Provides counsel to senior management in the area of diversity and inclusion, and labor law compliance.
