Work directly with Voya recruiters on acquiring diverse talent.• Oversee implementation of Voya’s D & I strategies, including career fairs and potential career programs such as INROADS.• Provide guidance and oversight to the ERGs, including strategic plans, communications, budgets, etc. Develop ERG tools and scorecards to ensure impact, efficiency and alignment with Voya’s business and D&I goals.• Recommend strategic external partnerships.
