Asset data was exported from CA and imported into VSM.I was the primary person supporting and enhancing VSM ITSM tool with approximately 20 functional enhancement and 8 version upgrades during that time. Worked with then vendor to address issues as they were discovered, some addressed with SQL updates, others required upgrade patches. Function enhancements updated workflows, updated screens and configuration changes. All changes were thoroughly tested and scheduled before implementing.
