I am a financial and data reporting analyst with experience in analyzing market trends, assessing financial data, and providing actionable insights for the healthcare industry and managed care in particular. With expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, database management, and reporting, I am committed to providing informed decision-making and driving financial success through accurate analysis.Some of my previous projects have involved designing and creating SQL databases to manage incoming health plan files and reconciliation processes when the existing Access databases got too large. This migration resulted in an increase in efficiency and additional analytical ability.As part of the reconciliation process, I have helped to identify missing and incorrect payments. This analysis resulted in corrections to our data or settlements from the health plan, depending on the cause of the variance.Most recently, I was involved in the implementation of Epic Systems, a large and all inclusive practice management system. I was certified to create reports from the new system, and have helped discover and implement improvements to our processes.
