Leading team responsible for the testing, integration and validation of total vehicle electrical systems, including body electronics / crash safety and infotainment / HMI of both new product launches and series vehicle production.

Integration & validation project launch lead for total vehicle Electrics/Electronics for the first ever BMW XM, and the X7 Life-Cycle Impulse. Responsible product content includes:-Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)-Information & Display Systems (HMI/iDrive)-Body/Interior Electronics & Safety Systems-Powertrain (ICE, MHEV & PHEV)-Chassis (incl. Brake-by-wire & active suspension systems)

Functional integration and validation lead for all chassis systems of fourth generation X5 (G05). Technical analysis engineer for launch of Continental MKC1 Integrated Brake (brake-by-wire system).Responsibilities include:-Planning, organizing, and managing test and validation of all chassis systems and variants within team of 8 engineers-Reporting test results and problem status to project team and plant launch teams-Performing tests to validate each SW delivery of Integrated Brake system throughout product development-Validating chassis systems integration into plant production systems through prototype builds-Analyzing and performing root-cause analysis of problems within plant production system, specifically for Integrated Brake / ESP, & brake systems

Functional testing, validation and integration of chassis systems, including but not limited to:-Dynamic Stability Control - (ABS, TCS and ESC), including all peripheral sensors: wheel speed , lateral/longitudinal acceleration, yaw-rate, steering angle etc.-Vertical Dynamic Systems - Active Roll-bar Stabilization, Electronic Variable Dampers, Air Suspension-Electronic Parking Brake-Systems analysis via CAN-Bus and Flex-Ray vehicle telemetry data using Vector CANalyzer and CANape software, along with BMW proprietary software-Regularly performing static as well as dynamic vehicle evaluations up to V-max and maximum lateral acceleration on closed test tracks (low and high friction), and public road testing.-Functional integration lead of chassis systems for second generation X5/X6 M (F85/F86).

· Trainee in the Engineering and Operations Management Development Program (EOMDP).· Consists of three 8-month long rotations in various engineering positions at plant Spartanburg.· First Rotation: Process Quality Engineer for X5/X6 Assembly -Investigated, analyzed and problem solved all quality defects within a section of the assembly area· Second Rotation: Supply Chain Logistics Planner -Developed and implemented a new Just-in-Time sequence delivery concept, increasing dock door efficiency· Third Rotation: Chassis Analysis Specialist -Testing, analysis and validation of chassis systems, specifically the Dynamic Stability Control system (ABS, TCS and ESC), and Electro-mechanical Parking Brake

International Assignment with BMW AG for Project Management of total vehicle Electrics/Electronics integration of next generation Luxury Class X-Models, in preparation for the launch of the X7 facelift and the first-ever XM.

International assignment with BMW AG chassis development for integration of X5/X6/X7 models, and first launch of Brake-by-wire system (Continental MKC1).Responsibilities include:-Working with development and central project teams with a focus on systems integration in production-Supporting early development test and validation of prototype builds-Testing, Tuning and application of brake and stability control system (Continental MKC1)-Overall chassis systems integration validation and testing

· Research, analysis and documentation of U.S. customer related issues and topics throughout various fields.· Field-testing of BMW's Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) for run-flat tires across different models.

· Worked in a group of four to run a quality management program of Pre-Production BMW X5 and X6 vehicles· Interviewed drivers of the vehicles to determine any problems that arose and how to reproduce them· Documented problems in vehicles and worked with the respective engineering departments on problem analysis· Participated in and helped facilitate weekly telephone conferences with BMWs U.S. Plant in Spartanburg, S.C.
