Nearly twenty years of progressive experience in a variety of areas within higher education including strategic planning, higher education administration, enrollment management, student academic advising and support, student retention and degree completion initiatives, program development and assessment, teaching and research, and student and faculty affairs. Experienced in collaborating with College and University constituents, administrators, and faculty on projects across the University. Serve as the main point of contact in the College of Engineering for student and faculty academic policies. Known for high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism and proven track record of taking on initiatives and projects outside of essential functions. Proficient in the use of Ellucian Banner, Microsoft Office applications, Blackboard, Blackbaud, Canvas, Query Studio, Cognos Reporting, SPSS, Tableau, NVivo, WebEx, and Zoom.
