The program provides focused staff development of The Office of Personnel Management's Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs).Executed a Facilities Planning Workflow Analysis for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer included a primary focus on strategic and annual planning. Conducted interviews from a variety of Library perspectives to gain a greater understanding of the relationships between the Strategic Plan, budgeting, Service Unit project planning, and related decision making at all levels of the Library.Researched, analyzed and composed a feasibility study for the creation of a Center for Innovation, with guidance from Library Services senior staff. Information gathered from internal stakeholders, The British Library, Small Business Administration, and the US Patent and Trademark Office offered inspiration, advice, and areas for collaboration.
