As a Multifamily Acquisitions Manager for one of the largest investment firms in San Diego, I am responsible for market analysis, raising capital, due diligence, asset take over, implementation of strategic management, and construction management to turn underperforming 100+ unit multifamily communities into valuable long-term assets.
