Inside Territory Account Manager work with Large Account Reseller representatives to position and deliver market-leading solutions to our joint customers. I would uncover, grow and close deals while building and maintaining relationships with Symantec’s partners and customers.

Channel Inside Territory Account Manager (ChITAMs) were responsible for working with all of Symantec partners on opportunities and with a focus list of VARs to progress through our partner program and establish a relationship built on trust.

The Outbound Leads Management managed a queue of leads generated by marketing campaigns on the Symantec web site or third party vendors. I made the first point of contact to customers to position solutions, answer product, licensing and technical questions and connect them with a sales Representative or Symantec Partner.

Working as a sales clerk at San Lorenzo Lumber, now Lumbermens, meant multitasking the following duties: assisting customers, taking phone orders and answering product questions. Advanced sales techniques and keen product knowledge helped me become a decking and siding sales specialist.
