I managed 75+/- contract security officers posted at 15 different oil well sites across Eastern Ohio. I also manage 2 Field Supervisors and a "Maintenance/On-Call" officer. The value of each well site is estimated at $20 million. My officers are charged with maintaining constant and accurate records of each person entering and departing site. My responsibilities include Payroll, Scheduling, On-Going Training, Supplies, Interviewing of Applicants, Uniform/Site Inspections, Coordinating Maintenance per Site, Invoices, Company Vehicle Up Keep, Expense Reports and Maintaining Records of Safety Inspections, Uniform Inspections, Attendance, Incident Reports, Near Miss Reports, Site Visitations, Victim/Witness Statements, CPR/1st Aid Training, and more.

Help create, organize and run several a fund raising events for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. Completion of accurate detailed reports which could later be used for criminal/civil litigation proceedings. Provide for a safe environment & be professional in dealings with the well-paying patrons.
