In this role, I worked to create a mental health clinic for underrepresented communities. My role in the Intercultural Counseling Center was to create policies, procedures, manuals, submit and reconcile all medical billing (Medicare & Medicaid focused), staff and intern credentialing, documentation quality assurance, and tracking clinician statistics and productivity. During this time I developed the records management and archiving system, policies, and procedures for the entire agency. I continued to grow the agency's largest, on-going donation program supporting mothers and children (Traveling Crib) and expanded the agency's annual Christmas event providing gifts to over 250 children. The holiday program increased by 50% during COVID with new and returning donors filling the demand.I continued to lead the adoption team, work with past adoption clients in search and reunion, intaking of adoptive parents, and all legal documentation for infant adoptions. Updated and maintained all adoption manuals according to Oregon Administrative Rules and prepared staff an documentation for bi-annual state licensing review.

This position encompassed all the administration and office management for the Pregnancy Support and Adoption Program. Including donation management (Traveling Crib and Christmas Event), donor engagement, client education (adoptive parent orientation, screening, and intake), legal documentation preparation and filing, notary public, and other projects as needed.Spearheaded the packing and relocation of the program to a new centralized location. With this move became a co-leader of the Safety Committee and Agency Social Committee working to build cohesion among staff as 8 separate programs moved into one location.
