Primary responsibilities: Ensure availability and security of all technology throughout the corporation; maintain Windows 2008 R2 servers and manage group policy, active directory infrastructure and print servers; Administer Exchange 2010 servers; Responsible for designing a 5-year replacement cycle with a first-year budget of $450,000; Manage web helpdesk assigning trouble tickets to other technicians; Manage and maintain all Apple devices including desktops, laptops, servers and mobile devices in a mixed Leopard/Snow Leopard environment; Design and maintain Windows 7 images for laptops and desktops deployed via FOG server; Implement and maintain Multipoint 2011 Servers; Secondary responsibilities: Support and assist users; Install and maintain classroom technology including Mobi tablets, Intelliboards, video projectors and sound systems.

Primary responsibilities: Install and maintain switches, routers and firewalls; Administrator for Macintosh Snow Leopard servers with Open Directory envi- ronment; Support Apple hardware and users in a mixed Leopard/Snow Leopard environment; Administrator for educational platforms Renaissance Place, Harmony, and Destiny; Secondary responsibilities: Support users in use of desktops, laptops, and netbooks running Windows XP/7; Asst. admin- istrator for Windows 2008 R2 servers and Active Directory Environment.

Tier I support for Emacs, Imacs, and Macbook Pro computers run- ning Leopard; Train and Assist users in Macintosh applications.
