Required bank account set-ups, credit card and Care Credit account establishments, transfer of assets, assignment of bank signors and approvers and bank account reconciliations alignment.• Restructured $150M in AR reporting from 6 ERP systems to produce standard aging fields and uniform reporting. Bad debt analysis standards were also established.• Treasury lead for conversion to consolidated billing process across business units that shared similar accounts.• Treasury lead on company reorganization and creation of new business entity to support growing market niche.
