Mediated 168 Hurricane Katrina claims on behalf of State Farm, utilizing investigative expertise; delivering 72% success rate. *Managed investigations in a detailed and quality manner, accelerating completion and closing of claim process; reducing inventory, along with reducing the amount of paying non-meritorious claims.*Collaborated with appraisers, origin/cause experts, and engineers; gaining subject matter expertise in the triggers of specialized reports.
