Manages $1MM annual budget and executes deliverables. Requires an understanding of financial trends which impact retail strategies, branch performance, and production objectives. Regularly reports variances and explanations for the variances to the Chief Retail Officer• Manages strategic project initiatives to meet the changing technological landscape. Creates new member-facing products, or modifies current products, to enhance Credit Union value-added offerings. Represents Business Unit in project implementation, including attending project team meetings, managing assigned projects and completing project deliverables. • Manages facility regular safety, security and maintenance plans and improvements across 11 locations to ensure physical environment meets the needs of members and staff. Manages compliance with federal, state, and local building codes and regulations. Must pass building inspections on an annual basis at a minimum. Coordinates inspections with appropriate governing bodies.
