I was the Content Manager for the UK branch of the Erasmus+ EPALE programme. EPALE is a free, multilingual community platform for adult learning professionals across Europe. I worked closely with stakeholders across the UK to support them in creating content for the platform, as well as independently writing and curating content for the platform that would be of interest to adult learning professionals (news articles, blogs, events, and resources). As a result, I am very familiar with Drupal. I commissioned and published translations of our content in Welsh and other European languages. I also contributed to monitoring, reporting, and evaluation activities for the platform and helped to analyse communications data and KPIs.One of my projects was publishing the Learning and Work Institute's blog series on the European Agenda for Adult Learning (EAAL) for the UK in 2020. This was a blog series curated by the Learning and Work Institute and written by adult educators across the UK who are involved in the European Agenda for Adult Learning programme. I constructed the landing page, provided editing support, and published the blog series on the EPALE platform. I worked closely with the Learning and Work Institute and authors to realise this project. I also attended national and European conferences as a representative of EPALE UK.
