I also provided leadership for a formal third party security risk management program to assess Radian's key vendors and provided thought leadership and strategy guidance to executive leadership on data protection and cyber security. Westinghouse Electronic Systems became a unit of Northrup Grumman in 1996.I designed and developed RF receiver hardware for a new FAA tracking radar and high power microwave components for a Navy radar research program.

Sierra Research specialized in defense communication systems and related technology.I was employed as a student engineer developing and testing RF and microwave hardware for military microwave communications systems while attending college.
