CurrentMajor Responsibilities: Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities and follow up target accounts by frequently visit. Work with the company former clients to ensure that the clients' business needs are met on time and service with a satisfactory manner. Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their business needs and giving presentations , solution selling. Generating ways to attract new clients Liaising with clients in order to identify their needs and dealing with client requests. sales oriented. Account management including contract,maintenance renewal,AR review,customer business study and business engagement. Accumulate Wide knowledge about IT related industry,accumulate own supplier for cabling,networking,UC,scanning..etc. Help team members as a Team leader.Track performance to goals and creates accountability within sales team, Motivate team to sell vertical solutions, Act as mentor and coach to fresh sales man.
