Previously under contract with WSOL to take support calls for a well known Tax Help software program assisting customers with any questions, concerns, or orders.

Assist BSA officer by reviewing daily reports for CTR filings/AML, review new accounts for CIP and check against OFAC. Assist chief auditor with internal audits by compiling data needed and pulling samples for review. Assist Chief Compliance Officer with HMDA LAR and CRA reporting.

My responsibilities include reviewing credit reports, income verification, and other risk management items. I administer the server and program that our bank uses for underwriting. I install and test to make sure that the new release does not cause any setbacks. I make sure that it's companion software, doc prep software, is updated and interfaces correctly.

My responsibilities included preparing the docket for our attorney's each week. Update our database with case notes and important dates. Involved with training and conference calls regarding the software that the state was using to track court cases/report due dates and other important dates.

This was the last position I had with SunTrust. It was a combination of a loan processor and underwriter in a call center. Took inbound call on pending applications. Updated customers with status. Reviewed underwritten loans for accuracy, as well as look for potential counter offers. Underwrote auto approved loans for accuracy. Reviewed credit reports. Ordered third party services. Suntrust acquired Florida franchise of Huntington national bank.

Assisted regional market manager with incentive review. Verified account opening to make sure sales were accurate. Was a confidant and cheerleader to several employees who had a hard time with transition of being acquired by Huntington as we were a small community bank previously.

Inbound customer support to assist customers with deposit account and/or debit card questions. Resolved issues customers may have.

Opened new accounts. Assisted customers with any account issues. Prepared monthly board reports. This bank was acquired by Huntington National Bank of Florida, now known as Huntington National Bank. Left to move back to Massachusetts to be able to pay off debt so I could return to Citizens Bank.
