In my current role, I focus on firm-wide staffing structure and talent acquisition for an internationally recognized law firm with over 30 practice areas. Serving as a partner to firm leadership, I forecast talent needs, and consult on strategies and tactics that attract top-tier talent. I also manage full-cycle recruitment for non-attorney and temporary positions at 10 US and international office locations. In this capacity, I oversee recruiting, data, cultivate relationships with industry leaders to source candidates, and shepherd qualified applicants through interview and new hiring processes.

Northwestern Medicine is a national leader in healthcare that more than tripled in size during my tenure to total more than 30,000 physicians and employees. As Employee Programs Manager, I designed and led mission-aligned strategies and initiatives that engaged staff, improved patient experience, and reflected organizational vision during this transformational time. I managed a team of Employee Programs staff at multiple locations across the country, and held fiscal and budgetary responsibilities for three cost centers.A key component of my role was consulting across departments and practice areas to identify proactive and remedial opportunities to impact employee experience and retention. Examples of this work include expanding employee benefits, improving career advancement opportunities, and conducting management coaching at the department level. In addition to flagship programs implemented indefinitely, I also developed a portfolio of employee events celebrating community engagement, humanitarian efforts, corporate achievements, and holidays. For all employee initiatives and events, I partnered with senior leadership on the strategy and development of communications that maximized staff buy-in and enthusiasm. I also created and managed written and visual content for five employee portal pages. Highlights:• Led employee orientation presentations for over 200 new staff members on a bi-weekly basis.• Launched and managed a $10M branded Apparel Program for 26,000 employees and physicians.• Designed and implemented an organizational Health & Wellness Program with location-specific customizations.• Managed planning and execution of events attracting 2,000 attendees to celebrate employees with over 25 years of service. • Collaborated cross-functionally on content development and forecasting for 35 annual Town Hall meetings in multiple locations across the country. • Interpreted and negotiated resolutions to issues and grievances as an Employee Advocate.
