CurrentI write industry reports on the Canadian economy. These reports outline the industry's key statistics, including Revenue, Establishments, Enterprises, Wages and Employment, in addition to cost structure, between 2005 and the current year, as well as a five-year forecast. They also include products and markets breakdowns, business locations information and data on major companies operating within the industry. I also joined the Client Queries team in September 2020 to help clients get the best out of our database by answering questions, including about sourcing and technical information, via Salesforce. I also began to undertake peer reviews of reports once I was promoted to Lead Analyst to ensure a high quality of work, while also taking part in the hiring and training process for new analysts. In October 2022, I was promoted to be a Team Lead. I manage a team of 10 analysts, ensuring that they complete all work at a high quality and within appropriate deadlines, while also meeting their professional goals.
