I am currently a Real Estate Broker and own Movementum Realty located in Hanover Massachusetts. At Movementum we focus on transaction management and negotiation skills to ensure our clients a great real estate experience. Movementum was founded August 7th, 2011 with the goal to become a national real estate leader. April 2016 I sold my landscape and tree company SPM Enterprises to a Cutting Edge Landscaping. The new company pledged to keep the high end feel and approach I was using that helped me take the company from the ground up to a company that ran strong for over 10 years now. While working in this field I learned a lot about home ownership. When you pair real estate with working in the trades it works out to be a well rounded background for the clients to rely on my professional opinion. I love to spend time with people and help them find the home of their dreams. When spending time with clients I make sure we identify what they are looking for and help find "the one". When selling a home my knowledge of home ownership helps to guide the clients on items like curb appeal and staging. I also love to take on the challenge of selling a home in any market and demanding top value for it. After years of contract negations and running businesses I feel negotiations is a strong point for me that I can use to help you sell your home for the best price.
