*Responsible for the real estate strategy and performance of a $500 million-dollar portfolio of office, industrial, healthcare, and retail real estate properties located across the United States.*Develops investment strategies and works with the Executive Investment Committee, responsible for new property acquisitions and dispositions, and maintains a leadership role coordinating cross-functional teams including leasing, property management, accounting, construction, and architecture.*Has successfully led the acquisition and repositioning of several real estate properties across the country with multi-million-dollar capital budgets.
