As Curriculum Manager, I led the implementation and development of the corporate-wide learning management system (LMS) serving nearly 500 employees and contractors. I'm also able to utilize my Instructional Design talents to develop engaging e-learning materials. Additionally, I host and produce online live webinar events which reach several hundred clients monthly. I interact with all levels of employees comfortably across a wide range of departments and disciplines.

Provided online and onsite training for the EchoOneApp healthcare provider software package, as well as designing online tutorials and demonstrations for client training, sales and support. I prepared a wide variety of written products such as instructional materials, pamphlets, brochures, course descriptions, course catalogs and course evaluations.Other responsibilities included:- Conducted analysis of training requirements and needs through surveys, job analysis, interviews, and personal collaborations.- Designed, planned, scheduled and conducted studies, surveys and course reviews to assess effectiveness and opportunities for enhancements.- Gathered and analyzed student feedback, instructor assessments and recommendations in order to identify modifications to course content and/or delivery.- Analyzed Technical Support Data to determine areas where training enhancements were needed.- Confirmed course content was well structured, technically sound and contained adequate instructional materials.- Applied a wide range of teaching methods and tools consistent with student learning requirements.- Provided training for software end users, IT personnel and Senior Management.- Handled conflict and problems in dealing with the customer constructively and appropriately.- Led cross-departmental teams, including development, sales and technical support, to determine best practices for training and implementation of the EchoOneApp software system.- Designed customer-specific best practices to enhance the software roll out and implementation.- High level of proficiency with the Adobe Captivate and Camtasia e-learning software.- High level of proficiency with audio/video recording and mixing.
