 Participate in all steering committee, leadership and continuous improvement team meetings, in order to create, enact or revise company goals and expectations. Supervise a team of six field operators in terminal storage, receiving and shipping of crude oil, naphtha, butane and propane. Train and mentor operators through PSM, SAPs training at work and planned work observation, and other company safety and general workplace practices and policies.  Set up, (send, receive, and prepare orders,) conduct, monitor and stop all tank to tank, tank to dock (or dock to tank), truck to tank, railcar to tank movements in companies TMS and Tank Master controls console. Inspect job sites for permit issuance, management by walk around and JSA reviews Schedule workers for duty, training and job assignments. Set daily work orders, terminal movements and unit shipments. Schedule and conduct shift safety meetings, observations, and walkthroughs.  Conduct employee reviews and performance evaluations Complete employee timesheets and payroll Write company Standard Operational Procedures Create and conduct operation analysis for each SOP and job assignment Enforce compliance to all workplace rules and regulations as directed by the company.  Prepared and execute daily operations orders.  Order in, properly positioned all trucks, railcars, vessel, barges and ships for loading or discharge  Gauge or witness shore tank gauging before and after product movement

I supervised over 20 personnel, via rotating shifts of 5, that conduct finished petroleum product movements, transfers, shipments and receipts. Safely positions cargo ships, and vessels for loading and off loading.I am directly in control of the safe the handling of environmentally dangerous, flammable and hazardous materials, scheduling and positioning of workers, overseeing and requesting maintenance, inspection of company equipment, conducting personnel meetings, safety observations and walk throughs and insuring that the companys' and all applicable government, local and US, rules and regulations are followed, thereby insuring the companys' high standards of operations are met or exceeded.

The position required the use and operation of the companys Honeywell Oil Monitoring system with optimum multi tasking skills. Set up tasks to insure and indicate proper and correct movement of close to a maximum of one million barrel production per day of crude oils. Monitored and documented all sheduled oil movements, and, prevented and reported unwarranted movements. Recorded daily balances, oil inventories, prepared loss and gains reports, conducted safe filling and emptying of facility shoretanks and safe and acurate vessel and barge loadings and receipts.

Tied up ships and barges for loading and offloading. Operated cranes for connection of cargo movement hoses.Conducted ship/shore tranfer meetings with vessel personnel in accordance to Coast Guard regulations. Verified system line ups and opened proper valves for product movements. Monitored transfer process, conducted safety checks and security checks in regards to Homeland Security.

Provided neutral party quantity and quality assurance. Sampled and inspected cargo carrying vessels and tankers.tested and witnessed testing of finished petroleum products. Prepared inspection reports.
