I have been working in the Mortgage Banking Field for the past 16 years. My first 6 years was spent as a Wholesale Lender giving me the knowledge of guidelines and how to build relationship that last a lifetime by doing the right thing for the client all the time. In 2010 I made the transition to the Mortgage Consulting side of the business taken all my knowledge of guidelines, building relationships with realtors and clients and always doing the right thing for my Realtors and client. It has never been and will never be about the transaction for me, it has always been and always will be about the client and what is right for them. My business philosophy has always been and always will be listen to what the client is saying treat them with respect and it is never about the transaction it is about the client. When you treat people the way you want to be treated, respect them and what they have to say they will be your client for life.

I have been working in the Mortgage Field for the past 13 years with 7 of those years being on the banking side of the business. I have seen and worked though the good times and the down turn we have seen in the past couple of years. Working on the banking side for 7 years has giving me a vast knowledge of guidelines and how to get loans done and done on time. I have based my book of business on referrals from past clients and Realtor s. Being available for my clients and Realtor s 7 days a week and always answering my phone and always returning all calls the same day.
