I lead the product team that creates the vision, road maps, and execution for Canada's leading entertainment brands: FIBE TV/Internet, Bell Satellite TV and Virgin. I meet my objectives by getting the product strategy right from the start and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and operations to create value for Bell Canada. In this role, I also negotiate strategic partnerships with world-class hardware and software vendors. Responsibilities also include fibre deployment selection and supply chain management. Key Accomplishments: ► Drove TV market share from third to first place nationally by spearheading the development and launch of Bell Fibe TV and OTT streaming app implementing meaningful product differentiation that established Bell's unique service offering as more valuable than critical competitors Rogers and Shaw.► Grew TV subscribers through 2021 despite overall market declines by creating and launching ALT TV and Virgin TV as flanker OTT services that captured shifting market trends.► Implemented the #1 rated TV app in North America, FIBE TV, which maintains a 4.6 rating on iOS.► Launched the world's first fully managed integrated mesh Wi-Fi offering (Plume), which allowed Bell Canada to maintain its claim of the "Best Wi-Fi in North America."► Managed the multi-billion dollar Fibre deployment and selection to maximize capital ROI► Designed and executed the fastest ISP speeds in Canada (1.5 Gbps), covering 5 Million FTTH homes ► Implemented affordable and reliable fixed wireless 3.5 GHz broadband to 750,000 homes in rural markets from Manitoba to Atlantic Canada.

As General Manager, I directed a cross-functional effort to develop IPTV (FIBETV), which eventually evolved into a $1B line of business. Coordinating all aspects and phases of this multi-billion-dollar project, I led business cases, value propositions, vendor selection, executive reviews, and launch.

As Director of Next Generation Services, I brought to market the first paid online music service in Canada by forging a successful partnership with MusicMatch, guiding all strategic, creative, and logistical aspects of the project. As part of this effort, I sourced and secured agreements with five major music labels, including Sony, Universal, Warner, EMI, and BMG.

Prior to taking on leadership roles with Bell Canada, I guided product management across 16 countries for various consumer portfolio categories for Sony Europe while also managing price negotiations with Sony Tokyo.
