My passion has always been print production design, the nuts & bolts that support good design. With over 20 years experience in the graphic design industry I bring an excellent eye for design while maintaining excellent attention to detail. I have always thrived on bringing leadership a company can count on to bring difficult jobs to completion before deadline & on budget.As the Senior Print Production Designer for Trinchero Family Estates & with CF Napa, I oversaw and ensured every project was produced with the highest quality standards. I managed high volume production schedules, workflow, vendor relations, recommended design choices, print methods per project, provide print proof approvals, and attended press checks. I worked directly with art directors, and senior designers and ensured all projects were produced for clients as intended, meeting and exceeding expectations. Additionally I provided budget recommendations to the CEO & CFO to ensure all design and production standards are kept current or advanced as needed. It was a pleasure to work at both Trinchero Family Estates and CF Napa & be a part of teams that have won numerous awards for excellence in packaging and design.As a Senior Print Production Artist at Camelbak for their in-house creative department, I was responsible for maintaining premium standards for all printing and overseeing packaging, POS, print ads, and custom print production. I was a liaison and coordinator to domestic & international print vendors as well that provided our custom & collateral printing for both recreational and military products.While with CytoSport I served as the in-house creative department Print Production Manager. In this very fast-paced, high-volume work environment I managed and helped produce a broad range of domestic & international packaging, marketing & digital web assets. This very diverse work environment allowed me to use a broad range of my production skills allowing me to help our team achieve the highest standards in packaging, design and marketing.While with Mez Design, as the Senior Print Production Manager, I had the privilege to manage & produce some unique, fun and exceptional packaging, collateral, and catalog pieces for Leap Frog, Black Angus Restaurants, Wells Fargo, Levi’s, & Mary’s Pizza Shack to name a few. This diversity of clients helped me develop a broad range of design and production skills. Additionally my experience working within a print house at the start of my career as a pre-press operator provided me an invaluable foundation for design & print production.
