In general I am a professional problem solver with experience in functional, Agile and project management (including directly managing cross functional teams; in-house, in-country and overseas) - taking development projects and programs through the complete life cycle - from initial concept to delivery and on to support and follow-up in both small business entities and in large corporate environments. This includes experience managing significant programs and deliverables in terms of scope, size and financial magnitude and I have a proven track record for finishing on time and budget –within the constraints of the program/project using the tools and methodologies required or best suited for that delivery.My teams and I have been responsible for multi-million dollar programs that have taken several years in scope as well as short term strategic projects that have led to continued business with customers both internally and externally. We have engaged with internal partners and worked with external partners and end users alike in order to satisfy the project constraints, stake holders and goals. In addition, I have led and worked on teams that supported or produced disruptive technologies especially in the areas of virtualization, open source and Linux.
