In my professional career, I’ve provided guidance and support to individuals returning to communities after incarceration and/or experiencing barriers after being released. This includes administering needs assessments, reviewing reentry and personal action plans, employment, and housing search assistance, accessing wrap-around services in communities, conducting wellness check-ins, facilitating classes, employment verifications and other case management needs. I’ve routinely worked closely with team members and community partners to encourage and empower individuals to become successful members of their families and communities.--I am a certified Offender Employment Specialist by the National Institute of Corrections and have achieved credentialing by the Center for Credentialing and Education as a Global Career Development Facilitator.
