I was brought into the organization without an IT background to serve as the direct contact between the corporate IT department and local publishers. I leveraged my expertise in publishing/printing to assist sites with identifying potential uses for IT resources and managed implementation of those projects.In this role, directly contributed to the bottom-line by working on revenue-generating products. While working at The Printing House, I was recruited to Frey Media the publisher of Golfer’s Guide (a former client). As the Production Director, I managed the production operations for 24 regional and off-site publishers, and directly supervised a staff of 6 creating 104 issues and 6,000+ pages for the publication.
