The communications system for the LPS was failing and needed to be replaced with new more effective communication tools. By working with the development team we quickly identified a pathway that would bring the communications back online within a quarter. Along with a lengthy round of data cleaning we launched the LPS dashboard to much fanfare and is still being praised today. I sat on the technical advisory committee for the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada(ARUCC) which resulted in a RFP to build the national credentials system called mycreds.ca. Assisting, transferring and projecting future earnings of an asset is more art than science, as the years go by I find myself refining my abilities to spot opportunities in the market for both undervalued assets and new contenders in the market space.By focusing the corporate resources for SBCM Inc into new markets, the company haseliminated the need for 50% of its customer base in the last 5 years. While doing so it alsoincreased its bottom line and acquired new cash flowing assets. Square Boxed Cubed Media Inc has grown over the years, from a well respected tech solutions provider to a family office that has become a self-sustaining financial vehicle. Our small company is still on a growth path, in the next 5 years we plan to expand intensely. We will expand our real estate holdings as well as move into offshore investing pathways that will further drive our growth funds and act as a hedge against the exciting world of crypto. Show less
