I manage a range of diverse responsibilities in my role. These include overseeing technical rescue operations and training, managing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and robotics operations, providing support for civil unrest and assisting the police when needed, overseeing water-based operations, and intelligence and information sharing. I actively contribute to the Emergency Management Incident Management Team (IMT) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in collaboration, communication, and coordination across local, state, and federal partners during emergency situations. Additionally, I serve as a law enforcement intelligence and threat liaison officer, playing a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various agencies. I play a key role as a member of the FBI-Charlotte Joint Terrorism Task Force, where I contribute to public safety intelligence efforts. Furthermore, I engage in the Cybersecurity Task Force, where my focus is on enhancing security measures to protect critical infrastructure.I've had the honor of holding the position of USAR (Urban Search and Rescue) Structural Collapse Technician and Task Force Leader within N.C. Emergency Management Task Force 3. In this capacity, I worked with teams in multiple disaster deployments, including responding to hurricanes, flooding, mudslides, and structural collapses.
