• Manages end-to end-content delivery for domestic, LATAM, and EMEA streaming services (MAX) and linear channels. • Manages a quality control and editing staff of ten, who ensures the highest quality of programming for our viewers and executes steps to correct any technical issues on assets by working with internal staff and external vendors and studios. • Works with scheduling to ensure that all programing for both linear and streaming services is ready for air. Works with vendors and studios to ensure these deadlines are met, and with scheduling if there are any unavoidable delays. • Manages both local and cloud storage, ensuing only current assets are made available to internal and external parties.

Technical Processing • Review the technical flaws noted on all HBO owned content and issue detailed technical approval and/or rejection notices to Original Programming, Sports, Home Entertainment, Creative Services and Enterprises.• Review the technical flaws noted on all licensed content and liaise with representatives from the vendors/studios to address technical rejections.• Process assets in the MAM in order to assure sync with the TEAM application and properly track statuses.• Resolve discrepancies issued by HCC by reviewing issues and pursuing fixes when applicable.• Collaborate with MPO Operations to ensure the AmberFin software and hardware is operating correctly in each of the 7 screening environments.• Evaluate spot fixes sent for the correction of rejected issues on full master. • Evaluate fixes upon completion of all drafted edits and update the TEAM application Check issues on files and tapes found by New Ventures'​ affiliates and initiate resolutions. • Evaluate spot files using MXF fix tools (MXF Verify, EEG Inspector) to validate compliance.• Review spot files using AmberFin in screening environments to verify completion and quality of fixed issues.• Execute video, audio and closed caption fixes to AS-02 and Op1a J2K assets using MXF Viewer with provided spot files or other applicable source assets.• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot errors and make improvements to user applications for the MXF fix tools. • Use the Foreman application to create fully enhanced Air Master files (secondary language, closed captions, subtitles, audio remapping), and send workfiles to vendors.• Assist with the training of staff members within the department, focusing on evaluation techniques, procedures, and equipment, to help ensure everyone has the ability to perform higher level functions.

Provides technical evaluations of AMC Programming which includes identifying impairments and providing recommendations for solutions. This includes work on highly rated programming such as "The Walking Dead"​ and "Breaking Bad" which have had episodes watched by over 10 million viewers.Ingests programming from tape and transcodes it into our Digital Archive, ensuring accuracy of all timing, including commercial breaks. Creates an issue free viewing experience in areas such audio and video levels, closed captioning encoding, and secondary audio programming.Creates duplication of programming using both digital tape and digital delivery of file-based assets for Video On Demand providers and Cable companies worldwide.
