My objectives are to help all people, regardless of ability to pay, with the mental, physical, emotional & behavioral aspects of their lives. My Mindful Bodies business is located in Durham NC & offers affordable, effective & efficient mental health counseling , physical fitness services & workshops/ seminars to all people. In the next 5 years, I plan to increase the size of my Mindful Bodies staff & expand our 3 services so that we reach more clents.
